I loved the location and the view.
For the cost, I thought the room could use some upgrades. Also, the drapery/blinds on the balcony doors didn’t work so couldn’t lift those to get light in. Wall paper was peeling off in the bathroom. Also, the layout of the bathroom was odd. The sink was outside and around the corner from the shower/toilet. Also, made a couple requests of guest services that were not met. And these were very simple requests, such as asking for a couple extra hangers that were never brought to us.

Very comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely pool and surroundings. Great location right on the waterfront. Rooms very clean.
My only gripe is that I’d like better performance on environmental issues. Towels don’t need to be changed daily (unless requested by the guest). Coffee cups in rooms should be china with metal teaspoons rather than disposable, and milk could be a jug of fresh milk rather than disposable plastic pods.

I didn’t eat breakfast, I’m not an early person.

from the moment we arrived early, we were taken care of by Andre and Supreen at the front desk. The staff throughout the property were very friendly and we loved the location, pool, sunset deck view, room size and amenities. We will definitely be back!!
We loved everything.

The location is good.
We paid for an “Ocean View”, but most of the time the view was completely blocked by cruise ships that would come and go from the pier, including blocking the sun in the afternoon and the actual sunset.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cold water to drink with no charge was a nice perk. Great location. When the ships leave it is the best location to view the sunset at night! All the staff both in the restaurant and hotel were courteous and polite.
The sink in our room leaked all over the counter. I informed the staff multiple times, but they never fixed it. Broken fixtures in the bathroom as well but were never fixed during our stay. View of the water is limited by the cruise ships.

The room was awesome. Nice and big with a great deck. While we had our ocean view partially blocked by a large cruise ship 3 of the 4 days we were there, we expected it, and they were gone by 1:30 one day and 5:00 on the other days. We really weren't in our room during the day anyway, so no problem.
The one time we went to the bar, the bartender seemed annoyed that we were there and took a while to even acknowledge us. It was later in the evening, but there were still several people in the restaurant.

Location was excellent, clean and well kept.
Staff in hallway all day from 8-5 yelling and banging doors non-stop.

The Restaurant Food and Service was Outstanding. The Hotel Staff was Outstanding.
Exterior Lights were Left On ALL Day and Night driving up the Cost of Electricity then subsequently will be passed on to Guests. Exterior Lights should be on a Timer. Also, The Pool Did Not overlook the Bay.

The location overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive; the room was nicely appointed and spacious; the resort is located on the doorstep of the Key West old town with many shops, restaurants and bars.
Unfortunately, the resort is located where massive cruise ships dock on a daily basis, so the view out over the Gulf of Mexico was mostly blocked out from about 7AM to 4 or 5PM, however the ships did leave just prior to sunset, thankfully; I expected the cruise ships to be there but didn't realize how annoying there presence would be. Also, the decor in the corridors seemed very outdated and worn, although there was evidence that the resort is undergoing renovations, so hopefully they will update the corridors during that revovation project.

Location of the resort
Bathroom had much to be desired. It had water damage throughout, small and little water pressure. Views great until cruise ship came in everyday. Not horrible but unexpected and slightly disappointing we didnt know ahead of time when you pay for extra for the views.

Great location
Room on the ground floor, and feeling very aged dreary vs what is seen in pictures. Pool smaller than seems in pictures and very busy.

great location and facilities
in room coffee maker only—not good for tea drinkers

1) Clean and refurbished room
2) Unlimited complimentary drinking water bottle
3) Locate right at downtown, so it is walking distance to other eateries and attractions
1) view, we booked two bed rooms suite with ocean view, everyday the view is completely blocked by mega cruise docked in front of the property, you don’t see anything else except people disembarking the cruise and some make rowdy noise right outside the pedestrian path. They docked early in the morning and leave around 5-6PM, there are little chances to see any sunset at this time of year.

The location, the veiw, the bed was comfortable, free water was a plus! Everyone we delt with was very friendley and helpful!
A roach entered our room the last night by way of our patio and freaked me out! No fault of the hotels though!

Location, Location. This property is in a fantastic location for walking the hot spots in Key West.
The hotel staff were great, friendly, helpful. The rooms had nice amenities, however for me the beds were way to firm, so I did not sleep well on my entire stay. Rooms had great coffee/maker (Nespresso) really nice sheets and a balcony which I liked; we had a pool view. Nice hot tub to relax in while winding down after walking all day.
FIRM Beds, if I don't sleep it really puts a damper on my stay. No bellman to bring luggage up to room, you grab a cart and do it yourself. EXPENSIVE to park in the garage next to the hotel. If you really like all the extra services this may not be for you, I do believe there is valet though. Cruise ship in front of hotel daily, I did know this when booking. So loads of cruisers around the hotel area.
