we were catching a very early flight and there were children running and talking loudly in the hallways n the late evening. up and down the stairs. pushing all buttons in the elevator. we had to be up at 3 am. and that was the reason we got a hotel room close to the airport. some thought in allocating of rooms would have helped.

First time at this hotel Very clean and comfortable and great breakfast included

Staff was great. Air Conditioning wasn't working in our room so I called the front desk and in 15 minutes they had us in another room with air working. Everything you would expect from mid range hotel. There were a lot of young folks running around as there was a hockey tournament in town, but no issues. I liked that the staff wasn't barking at the kids. They were having fun and were not disrespectful - just being kids.

The beds were too soft for us. Woke up in the morning with a sore back. Not sure if this is all of their mattresses, but it was the case in our room. In the past the breakfast was mediocre at best. As such we chose to eat out.

Easy check-in, pet friendly. Breakfast included.

Pet friendly rooms are carpeted, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but we have two medium-sized dogs, so I feel more relaxed with tile floors.

Great value for the price. Walking distance to some decent restaurants/shopping and the hostess was fantastic.

The bathrooms could use some updating but they were clean. 😊
