Location location location. The internal decoration and the staff were also phenomenal

The stairs leading up to the reception and also the rooms. Very narrow and steep.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Within walking distance to a lot of places which is great.

I didn’t like that I paid $230 to stay in a closet sized room. The standard Queen room is not pictured in the pictures online. The bed is not a queen. It was a double bed and rock hard. Had I know the room was going to be that small. I would have booked somewhere else or specified a larger room. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night, because that room was way too small for two people.

Fantastic location right in the city so plenty of places to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even gave us a map and made suggestions for a day trip. The room was very typically French and suited the vibe perfectly. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

The room was on the first floor so it was a little awkward getting luggage up the tight staircase.

The room (2 double bed w the two plaid chairs) was exactly as pictured or even better. The two windows overlooked the Old City and it was a large beautiful room with comfortable beds and exceptional housekeeping. We absolutely loved our room (#10). The staff was wonderful. Their location could not be beat. Near to everything. We even used the rooftop terrace for reading and a place to drink a cup of coffee. The hotel itself is historic and beautifully decorated. Reasonable parking right across the streets in underground parking garage.

Important to note that there is no elevator. And step steps walking into hotel. We were in a room on second floor but there are 3 floors. We had read ahead of time and were prepared but important to know.
