There were people making noise in the pool past closing time.

I had an issue with my booking, check in staff (Nikki) made every effort to make sure it was corrected.

Nice pool facility, clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms.

Overall it was very good. But it was a little expensive for what you get. However, I think prices were jacked up for a festival that weekend

The hotel was very clean,our room was also very clean. Live plants in the entrance made it feel homey.

Our room 138 had a banging noise every time the air conditioner kicked in.. I reported it and maintenence was going to look at it.

the weekends are a bit busy in the evening so expect a bit of noise for the pool area

I love the little breakfast they offer and the staff is always super friendly!!

The hot tub was a little cold on the night we stayed but it was nice and hit the next morning! I would assume a water change. Would have just been better if it was done on a Thursday before the long weekend so it was ready to go on Saturday night however with it being super hot Saturday it was kinda nice it being a lower temperature to cool off in

Hotel cleaning staff knocked on our door by 8 AM - woke us up, and felt very rushed to get out of the hotel the next day.
