Grande chambre, confortable, personnel sympathique et réactif (pb de carte ouverture de porte) petit dej, décoration de Noël intérieur et extérieur. A 30 minutes de Manhattan avec le bus 165T (arrêt de bus a proximité) shampooing et savon fournis
On ne peux pas aerer , les fenêtres ne s’ouvre pas. Cache sommier troué, mobiliers abîmés.

The bed was super comfortable. Room large and clean.
Hair dryer didn’t work. Called desk for help and they didn’t come to fix it.

The price was reasonable for the 4th of July to stay overnight. Easy access from the major road.
1) The beds were squeeking during each turn over, keep waking up from that noise.
2) Missing 2nd set of towels for the second person.
3) Missing hangers to hang my dress.
4) not enough shelves to put clothings, need to keep it in suitcases
5) Breakfast - dissapointing (unhealthy choices and coffee tasted worse than I ever experienced)
Best advice not to have a breakfast at all, unless starving to death.

Large bed, a table for doing other things, and a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The TV was a little complicated to operate and I had to call the staff to figure it out.

Facility is huge like a maze. So many people lost looking for thier rooms. They need to give out maps for directions to your room.

The room has a microwave and fridge. The beds are comfortable and clean. The person responsible for room service kept it tidy up to our expectations.
The front desk clerk was not present at the time of check-in around 7:30 pm. Which caused some trouble with my appointment that I planned to attend at 8:00 pm right after check-in. The next-door patron was noisy until 3:30 am.

its close to the bus stop and some stores
everything a out the stay here was HORRIBLE... my boyfriend and i came for a stay and saw that there was a mouse trap in the room and then ofcourse there was a mouse running around the room. We requested a room change and informed the lady Neepa and the man Mike that theres a mouse in the room and their response was "yea we know" .... so then why rent that room out? so they changed the room and the new room had roaches.... This place is just filthy and disgusting

the hotel was dirty. It smelled really bad and it smelled like weed. the service was bad. the vending machine did not work and they didn’t say anything so it would steal people’s money. The breakfast was bad and the hotel felt unsafe.

it smelled bad, it had cockroaches an skunks in the parking lot also it smelled real bad in the parking lot

Room service was ok, breakfast was very good. It is a good place if you wanna crash somewhere for a night or too.
The smell of cigarettes was very annoying. The furniture was very old. The bathroom was really old too took us a minute to figure out how to use the shower
