Location was good, place was spacious

Renovations seem cheap. One bedside lamp was not plugged in. The other side only one plug worked, so no way to charge phone and have a lamp on. Kitchen faucet was loose and tap hard to turn on. Seemed like the modernization was 95% done. Wood floor seemed cheap and really creaky.

The location. Walking distance to everything important to us for a pleasant holiday. Food, drink, entertainment and outdoor activity.

They advertise a balcony in every room. We were in unit that was attached to a bigger unit. The bigger unit had the balcony. Our room felt like a bedroom attached to the main unit. Had the people in the main room used the balcony they would have looked directly into our room. Very strange set up. Also they charge for using there parking lot.

We expected to have parking in the basement, none was available apparently, and given the beach location parking elsewhere was a nightmare to find.

Great location on waterfront. very nice coffee shop next door - good for breakfast. Clean. Nice large room with comfortable bed. Heated bathroom floor was lovely
