this place should be cheaper for what you get

close to the event i had to attend

the power shut off multiple times, a/c barely worked, the area is ridden with people on the streets

The staff was friendly

Neighborhood was not the best area- police prescence Lots of yelling in the hallways through the night

No wheelchair access,no elevators or ramps, and the trolly sucked, but the staff was very helpful and accomodating

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and overall enjoyable!

Everything was great!!! Amazing staff, very clean and reasonably well kept, and we really appreciated having a nice clean smoking room for a change! We’ll certainly be back.

The only complaint is that the mattress was very hard. We both woke up with pretty sore backs. But everything else was excellent!

It was good time spent.

I will start with Isabelle, She was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with all answers with her smile. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and we had good stay. Complementary breakfast was good and area was super organized and Clean. Had good chat with Isabelle, very nice person.

Everything was good.

entrance was a bit dirty outside. the stairs were a bit much after a long day and a long drive

Convenient, great staff, excellent restaurant on site, and a Timmie's on the corner of the parking lot/

Disappointing

Very nice staff. Doors being locked at night.

The flooring was poorly installed, cheap product you could tell it was placed over wobbled flooring. The desk chair had a huge water or other stain over the entire seat and back.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The location was a bit sketchy but ya gonna do its Edmonton. The price was a bit high, and the breakfast was lack luster. Overall was everything was fine.
