Pet friendly and very friendly staff.
The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options. I was surprised to see they had a highchair for my daughter to use. Great value for the money.
Not very sound proof. One of the guests in particular was quite loud however the situation was within 20 minutes.

friendly staff, great location, great breakfast. room was ok.
bathroom needed several repairs. we ended up using the bathroom down the hall. wonky toilet seat, screeching exhaust fan and shower head spit water all over the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable.
I should have booked a room on the ground floor since there is no elevator and my 80 year old aunt isn't moving as well as she used. But we managed.

The staff was very nice.
We did not receive the room we requested including a sofa bed. Also there was a burning smell coming from the mini fridge area. And the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

It was clean
There was no elevator and I was not informed while booking and was placed on the second floor. I had a baby with stroller and had to carry up the stairs.

The price has increased dramatically. In my opinion, it was overpriced for a market as small as North Bay.
