the pool was coldand hot tub luke warm. The air in the pool room mustve been 15 degrees or less

i left an electric toothbrush at the property the staff were very unhelpful in helping me to get it returned. was an unnecessarily complicated and stressful process.

Good breakfast with lots to choose from.
Oberall very expensive and on top of that comes a pet fee of 20 CAD per night. I think thats the only hotel still charging 20 CAD per night for a pet. Furthermore the room was small and smelled weird. Best Western Plus is usually pretty good but the Aldergrove location needs an update.
