The room view was good.

The room looked unkept, bathroom was dark, dusty floor carpet edges, booked a kind size bed but was given queen, lifts was dirty and noisy rooms.

The only good thing about this place was the location. Near the highway and 15 mins walking distance from the destinations I had to be at ( Coca Cola factory and aquarium )

Man where can I start. Multiple Hidden fee's no transparency, Hotel stinks like a Carryout ( I spent more time at the Marriott ( The sky ridge was very appreciated ) The restaurant and convenience was a joke all prices are off the roof for basic stuff. Basic items in the room (we had the Executives room ) They literally did not even provide a water bottle and when asked for one it's chagred. Towels are brownish. The pillows are horrible. Garage is a joke completely nasty and unsafe. Valet people are rude and yes extra charges for everything all hidden and when explained the answer is oh well. O hope those helps out many people save the headache and the horrible expierence and go elsewhere go to the Marriott they have a Starbucks , a decent pool with way more facilities at a lower cost, We thought over here becusse the hilton name is bigger and a little more pricey it will be worth it, not at all.

The staff was nice and welcoming. It was centrally located to every place we planned to visit. The restaurants on site were very nice. Any issues were handled promptly and satisfactorily. Trader Vic's was delicious and a great time!

Traveling with an 11 year old, we weren't thrilled to have our room overlooking an adult club. Luckily, it didn't raise any awkward questions. We had an issue with the keycard not being programmed to allow access out of the parking garage. Which ended with us having to pay to get out. However, that issue was easily resolved at the front desk the next morning and they waived the parking fee for the previous day.

The refrigerator in the bedroom did not work. The bedroom remote barely worked. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking. No parking available. No vending machine available for after hours.

i didn’t like the attitudes we were getting tried asking for help they just ignored me and my room was dirty. Their was blood on the toilet seat just disgusting.

Staff/ reception person was not at all cooperative. FAILED EXPECTATION. He was rude. We had a kid with us so needed help with room situation, he just refused. didnt even listen.

Staff was not helpful at all when there was a problem and I paid for a night that I didn't use which was unnecessary and could have been different with a front desk staff that actually cared about the problems. My son was approached and offered drugs in the lobby after check-in. We were expecting a good and safe experience.

The location was good. We were fairly close to everything we had planned to do!

The elevators were a nightmare. We typically waited 15-30 minutes for an elevator because there were so many people and at one point, only 2 of the 8 elevators were working. The room wasn’t very clean, I cleaned bright pink lipstick off of the bathroom counter as soon as I walked in. There was hair on the shower wall and it didn’t drain well, so water accumulated in the tub while you showered. There were some stains on the bedding. For the price we paid, I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness and how outdated the room was. We could have stayed in a much cleaner and nicer place for half the price. I’ve always known Hilton to be a good place to stay but was so disappointed in this one!

No balcony. Booking.com says they have a balcony and microwave in the room which it does not.

I was very disappointed due the the lack of parking. We had to park in the next garage and walk over when we paid for parking. Had to pay again. Waiting to see if I could get a refund or some kind of compensation.
