Nothing!!

The room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator! They didn’t have clean sheets, the beds had bedbugs in them. The elevator was so slow and broke down at one point. The smoke detector was broken in the room. This one employee was very rude and did not assist us as she should have. It was a horrible stay and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, EVER!

The rooms weee fairly clean.

We had to change rooms because the television wouldn’t work. The halls smell of marijuana/weed. The curtains in the room were hanging loose and couldn’t be closed all the way. We didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave (not sure if your company is providing that anymore). Our son’s room did not have any towels. But most of all the maintenance man and the cleaning people could not speak any English at all. So it was difficult to ask for what we needed.

first, let me start by saying that we booked the room due to my husband having outpatient surgery with a follow up appointment the very next morning in the neighboring state. we did not want to be driving back and forth. all we needed was something clean and comfortable. it was 6pm when we got to the hotel. I checked in and we went up the elevator to the 4th floor. When stepping off the elevator there is a strong sewer smell and a plastic tarp hanging up to block the “vending area” because the ceiling was falling down. we make it all the way down the hall and our keys don’t work to get in the room. I had to get my husband who is still under the effects of anesthesia settled on the floor so I could go down and get a new set of keys. Set of keys #2 did not work either. had to go down again and get another set. This set did work, thankfully. We get in the room and there are little bugs flying all around the lights and in the bathroom. The toilet bowl was leaking also. My husband just needed to rest so we stayed, against our better judgement. We were told that breakfast was served in the mornings. They advertise a hot breakfast, however, all they had was prepackaged boxes to be picked up. No coffee in the rooms even though there is a Keurig. Very disappointed in all areas of this hotel.
