Close to ball park

Steep hill to walk up after drinking at the game.

The staff was excellent, everyone was smiling and very polite. I had an issue with my bill at checkout and management handled it perfectly. I would stay here on my next visit.

The rooms were very nice

The smell of the rooms the last few times I stayed there. I believe The carpet needs to be refreshed. It’s holding an old smell.

Room price was not the same as advertised price on Booking.com. On top of that, expect to pay an extra $30 a day for parking.

The property was very close to my venue

There was a lack of professionalism among the staff and they were not very accommodating towards the guests. For example, we went to the restaurant and could not tell who the staff was plus we had to approach her to let her know we were interested in seeing a menu. The food was subpar and the wings were fried entirely too hard.

The fire drill as soon as we checked in after travelling 4 hours. Had to then walk down 6 flights of stairs
