Bien situé rue tranquille, près du centre-ville, Chambre très propre, lit confortable chambre bien équipée pour le travail si besoin, stationnement gratuit

The breakfast was a cold breakfast: bread, juice, fruit, coffee, and tea. The room was large with a large bathroom. everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. Fridge in the room but no microwave. coffee maker which I used to make tea. Hair dryer in the bathroom.

Beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and nice, the location is excellent
Very weird choice for an hotel to have a dancing bar at the bottom playing music all night. We could hear it from the 4th floor.

The room was clean but not thoroughly cleaned.

Everything was good really except from room cleanliness.

it wasn’t very clean. they didn’t have breakfast and they didn’t have a gym available (but their book said it did).

Stayed here as part of our exploration of the Saguenay Fjord.
Good location with parking lot. Attractive brick hotel was welcoming and staff were friendly and professional. Convenient elevator. Room was very clean, well appointed and cozy. Boxed breakfast was delivered to our room. Staff also delivered a toothbrush and toothpaste when requested 😊 After breakfast we had a lovely waterside walk (Saguenay fjord’s starting point) in the park located across the street.

The room was large, the shower had good water pressure, and parking was free.
Staff could have been friendlier and smiled more.

Well located and clean for the cost. Amenities were nice as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast box given the Covid-19 situation was very nice.
The beds could’ve been slightly comfier and A/C was on a preset schedule, which turned on in the middle of the night and got very cold.

Excellent adaptation for COVID 19; boxed breakfast with beverage. Safe and well thought out. Location excellent but downtown seems to have alot of vagabonds for such a small town. Unfortunate.
