The beds were comfortable and the showers had awesome water pressure.

The mattress could be changed, I think it is time. I would like to see fruit on the breakfast menu. Some other places even offer eggs

Room 1 hot and cold water leaked from the cold tap onto the counter, the towel bar was on the floor of which they knew about. Room 2 the shower head blew off in the middle of a shower almost hitting my daughter in the head , the floor was cracked at the bathroom and uneven

The room was very adequate. The pool was not open. It would have been nice to have some protien in the breakfast, even peanut butter.

As mentioned above, the breakfast lacked protien.

We enjoyed a much improved facility from the days when it was Esther's Inn.

Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Would have been nice if we had been informed about this.

The lobby updates were beautiful.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Phone rang all night at different times and when we’d answer, it was just static. Barely slept.

The staff were friendly . Our room was a nice size , comfortable and clean. The indoor tropical trees are very pretty and relaxing.

The breakfast was basic, coffee, toast, yogurt, fruit cup. Good enough. Looked like corn flakes and fruit loops for cereal and a juice of some type.

Pool wasn't open but wouldn't have used it, didn't want the breakfast, room was fine. Loved the tropical garden!

The place seriously needs to invest in new beds. They are old and they have 2 body forms worn into them. Also in the shower they need safety bars installed

Location was great.and room was clean.

Noisy guests with kids were up until very late. People in the next room were in and out until very late and noisy as well. No microwave in the room. No glasses either.

No elevator so you need to carry your suitcase all the way to your room through a path full of broken furniture, old carpet, garbage etc. not sure if they want to do a renovation or just want to leave all these on your sight. Room has a ‘central AC’ which makes the room really hot and you cannot lower it down on your side. After wait and talk to the receptionist their solution is turn on the fan, which is not very helpful. Receptionist seems slow and unprofessional, don’t know how to properly do her work as quite some people are waiting to talk to her.

The pool and hot tub looked dirty and green. There is no elevator, so it was a bit hard to get our luggage to the family suite upstairs. The hotel needs renovation as it looks and smells old/damp. It could be more cleaner too.

Not much. This place is full of mold! Wont be long till health authority stuts it down. The continental breckfast is nothibg short of a bad joke on the consumer!!

Rooms weren't clean, pool was freezing, hot tub was filthy, stains on sheets, smells in room, the complimentary breakfast was a joke. The floors were dirty and sticky.

"breakfast" is not American style, instead it is a brown lunch bag with a small fruit cup, a muesli bar, and a juice box. Not what was advertised, and they have a functioning restaurant so claims of it being due to covid (its mid-2023) are not realistic. "if you want a normal breakfast, you'll have to pay additional"

The breakfast was disappointing. Did not expect a bag breakfast when it said breakfast was included. Maybe this could be stated up front.

The staff are Amazing, Gurwinder at the front desk went above and beyond customer service. We arrived and booked late and he helped me up to the 2nd floor with our luggage 🧳 😀, totally saved me. I was so impressed with the level of service, it was greatly appreciated. The hotel is a little quaint tropical paradise. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We fell asleep right away. Safe and quiet. The toiletries are Dove, and I was happy. This is a hidden gem.

Nada, loved it all

Upon arrival staff was dealing with an unruly guest, something that was beyond their control but they dealt with it accordingly and apologized profusely to those of us checking in. They remained professional the entire time.

There was someone sleeping in the stairway at some point.

Very filthy, no other way to put it! Have to use the strairs in the exits at the rear of hotel to access top floor, one exit is being used to store the garage the other has people urinating in the back corner of the stair well. The overall condition of the building interior is very run down and dirty. The floors in our room were sticky and the room had not been dusted properly in quite some time. No control of guests making excessive noise in the atrium well after 11pm. If you have an injury that makes walking or climbing difficult I would definitely say stay away, the bridges over the rivers and stairs being the only access to the second floor makes the building very poor for all to use comfortably. But mostly the cleanliness or lack thereof would cause me to advise people to just stay away.
