The staff was excellent. They upgraded our room without charging us. They heated our leftover dinner. They provided me with a map and advised me how to bypass Calgary on our drive to Banff.
I wish there was a breakfast but there was no breakfast. There was no microwave and no coffee maker.

The location is great, and the room was small but comfortable.
We weren’t allowed access to the common areas due to Covid, so we felt it was way overpriced for a small room that was nothing special. Very disappointing since they call themselves an Inn and Spa.

The house is really nice, and we had our own private entrance. They have a nice spot outside to sit down and have a drink. It’s a very cozy place !!
I was disappointed because I booked a room with a jet baths, and our room didn’t have one
when We got there. They refund me some money, but it took some work !!! I recommend calling in to make sure they have to room you booked and also you should book directly with them !
