Pool was awesome but unfortunately the hottub was closed during the visit. Having ashtrays outside so butts aren't tossed everywhere.

The pillows to flat not enough blankets.

Hot water took way too long,internet, TV sucked

The room was clean.

They received my request for a ground floor as my sister in law uses a walker as the clerk said she saw it but had them booked into a room on the second floor. They did facilitate when they checked but in the evening there was a roaring party in the room above them and they got no sleep!! I couldn’t understand why the night clerk didn’t put an end to the partying knowing that the Inn was full as they claimed it to be.

Reasonable cost for a large, clean and quiet room. Convenient to Newmarket and Aurora, but just out in the country. the property and grounds are very well kept.

The bed I used had a rather too firm mattress for someone with arthritis.

Orange juice, bagel, granola bar, and coffee in the brown bag to go. Basic but good. Pool was bonus but we could not use it as it is 10am to 10pm. We wanted to use it in the early morning.

Pool hour. Also pool is in the different building. It is cold to get there and come back after swimming. Also coffee maker was leaking and no decaf for night time. I went down to the front desk and more regular coffee and tea bag was given.

fan was very noisy. didn't repair after 4 days there...
