There was a cleaning cloth left on the bed, a hair (pubic) on the bed by the pillow, and alot of dust on the fireplace.

great location. very comfortable. great views from room. staff were very accommodating during difficult situation right after hurricane.

Convenient to downtown.

I tried to ask the staff to provide more shampoo and amenitiesI through the hotel mobile message, but I didt not get them finally. If he swimming pool can be bigger, we would be perfect.

Staff was very friendly, bed was most comfortable, hotel was very quiet, shower was great, check in was quick and easy

TV was a little outdated, room temp was turned down all the way but still felt a little warm, parking sucked

Clean, sleek decor, very friendly helpful staff, nice uncrowded pool. Like the valet service.

the bathroom had something smeared on the wall beside the toilet. I tried to report it to the staff but nothing was ever done about it. there were also dirty sweat marks above the shower. at check out I spoke to the front desk about it again and provided photos of the bathroom and was told they would have a manager contact me. however I never heard anything from them again. if it weren’t for the dirty bathroom I would have really enjoyed the hotel. I probably won’t visit here again because of the hotel still has not tried to reach out to me regarding my complaints.
