The room is small compared to the Standards.

Swimming pool. Room comfortable

No free breakfast. Limited choice of free drinks in lobby. No ice machine on first floor

Can’t get a better location for downtown. Super clean. Not sure why other reviewers didn’t like this place. We had no issues at all, and I am very finicky about cleanliness, odors, etc.

Could have been better breakfast burritos in the morning, but you can’t beat the price on those either. They weren’t bad.

The location and the staff are great.

The shower water power is not working when other guests are showering at the same time. You suddenly have no water at all while in the shower. No breakfast.

The bathroom, every time I would go to the restroom I would hit my arm on the corner of the sink.

The hotel was right next to the Family Research Library and Temple Square. The room was spacious and clean, and it had a view of downtown.

The air conditioning could have been set at 78 instead of 68.

Liked the location.

Parking cost. This should be included with the room cost.

breakfast 1st room’s toilet stopped working. They moved us next door. ask for rooms facing north, or you’ll hear the train bells, traffic plates and crosswalk signal All Night long.

How affordable & close it was to the downtown area. Made getting around way more comfortable & easier. Definitely will be staying here again.

the location- it was very close to everything. great walking distance to Vivint arena , city creek, gateway and so much more.

very outdated. the room had a spa bath and it was not clean at all. It was very hard to feel relaxed and cozy in the room.

Very close to the mall and the Jazz basketball arena.

The website shows the restaurant and we found out it was closed for good after we checked in.

The location is great for my work and also for fun after work.

There was consruction across the street and it starts early so we are up at 7. The walls are so thin that you can hear every conversation in halls, can hear flashing toilets beside us and above us. There is some clanking of pipes or something during and in the middle of the night and since I am light sleeper, I hear them all. lastly, the pillows - too much bumps, they really need to be replaced.

Great location, rooms were ok a little dated but seemed clean.

You could hear the noise from the street making it difficult to sleep. A faint odor of smoke coming into lobby. The staff was friendly but it’s a big turn off when you walk into a hotel and an employee is smoking by the entrance.
