Que no habia desayuno como en otras ocasiones muy pocas opciones y todo congelado y que el personal de Front Desk se porto grosero cuando pedimos el invoice

Check-in was easy and fast. The underground parking was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff let us check-out late.

A lobby room was blocked off for construction. Breakfast room was somewhat dark. Layout of breakfast room was poor.

Entiendo que está en remodelación, pero el área del desayuno requiere más espacio por la cantidad de huéspedes a la hora del desayuno

Die Unterkunft wirbt mit Frühstück inclusive. Das vor Ort angebotene Frühstück ist allerdings extrem schlecht und wurde von uns nicht genutzt.

The location was perfect. USS Midway was within a minute. Great restaurants nearby. Very clean as well as friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast even though the area is under renovation. Plenty of food.Also a park across the street for children. Safe area.

the breakfast had lots of frozen microwaveable sandwiches, cereal and not much else, the lobby area stunk of bad odor and were very rude when I landed there flying from Washington and my money was stolen and was unable to pay for my reservation. I understand it was my fault, but the lady in charge at the front desk was very annoyed with my persistence at trying to get a room for the night at This hotel. It was a really scary event flying across the country and realizing my money was hacked and stolen from bank account and becoming stranded. The lady in charge at the Hampton downtown San Diego inn on, Tuesday April, 23, 2024. Was very annoyed and clearly upset with me in my persistence in trying to get a place to sleep for the night. I ended finding place in a park to sleep after walking around with my heavy luggage for hours It was very late and I was extremely sore and tired from the walking it was very scary sleeping outside in a scary place on the other side of the country, I was mostly afraid of being attacked and robbed. luckily I survived and I was able to receive financial rescue from my mother I got a room at the Marriot and I explained to them my experiences and they gave me a free nights stay because of my traumatic experience of being robbed, Treated horribly by the staff, and sleeping outside in fear of being robbed , because of this traumatic experience I will never stay at Hampton Inn ever again, I'm going to stay at The Marriot Hotels every time I travel form now on due to there excellent customer care and the overall experience of there High quality Facility, rooms, breakfast, and service

The staff were horribly rude and the entire facility stunk
