Such a a relaxed and special stay in a perfect location.

It’s relaxed atmosphere and wonderful location and facilities! Friendly and accommodating staff.. well equipped apartments.

Was a great stay. The location and beach are great. I like the Oceanside suite.

The photos of the property are underwhelming. I think it needs to be updated to reflect the beauty. Also, I think pictures that show the actual views from the suites would be helpful to determine which suite/place would be selected.

Disappointing

Great location!

Your bedroom is close by the entrance and you could here your neighbours open their door or walk ! The condos is not worth 680.00 dollars a night! It's advertised as luxury condo but not worth the money!!

Relaxing Surf Holiday

second time staying here and loved it just as much as the first time. location is unbeatable, right on the beach! has everything you need on site, cafe, outdoor restaurant, surf and bike rentals! would definitely recommend

Loved every minute. So close to the beach for surfing!! Would return again.

Location is astounding. Beautiful beach and sone gorgeous walking trails. Bike trail out front that has access to toffino or Ukuelet is fabulous.

Pacific Sands is a such a special spot! The rooms, staff and scenery are exceptional! This is my 3rd time visiting and I fall in love every time!

My stay at Pacific Sands was the ultimate relaxing experience and one I look forward to doing again.

Visiting Pacific Sands is a fantastic experience. The grounds are immaculate (as always). I enjoy the view immensely. Staying at Pacific Sands is different than other hotels partly due to the natural beauty and also the excellent facilities. In fact when I am there, I often do not even want to go out to see the rest of the area.

The only thing that could have been better is that I left a phone charger there and the person I spoke to was unable to find it (I doublechecked the car and everything I brought home). Apparently housekeeping didn't find it either. I know I left it there and even know where exactly where it was. It is worth mentioning that in every other way, customer service was exemplary.

Lovely and would return again in summer

The room has a functional kitchenette. The place was just right beside the beach.

The ice machine was so far from our room. You have to do a bit of a walk. You should have at least per building. Also a bit more lighting on the paths as well as corridors along the rooms specially at night.

Excellent location!

Excellent location with superb beach views. Easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and tidy, and we didn't want for anything.

Everything..the convenience that we have everything in o e spacious bedroom..clean, high quality towels, sofa bed in front of a large TV on top of attractive fireplace with glass wall facinf the ocean that is few hundred feets away... Fantastic by all means Helpful staff except at the registration desk We spent the most wonderful week in room 158

1. Staff at the registration desk need to learn a bit about "Guest services" unfortunately the concept of guest services isn't there quite a bit. 2. Car parking is somehow inconvenient
