The breakfast here is great. Nice selection of bagels, bread, instant oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. Coffee is great and there is plenty of seating for everyone.

The room was clean and the bedding was warm and comfortable.
When I booked originally, it was because the location allowed dogs. We have a miniature cockapoo. However, when we arrived, the pet policy was very restrictive and punative. It did not seem like the property really welcomed pets. We stayed because we had no other room but felt on edge the whole time and worried if our dog barked or touched the furniture. I will choose another property in the future.
The other issue was the room heater. The room was cold, so we turned the heater on but could not leave it on for long as it seemed to bring dust into the room.

Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Asked to have ground level and gave us the mobility challenged room which was a surprise but we assume the attendant knew it was not needed for the night. Very large and comfortable room, clean and well appointed. Breakfast although simple items had good selection and great options for a quick morning meal. Liked that is opened at 6am.
The heating unit was a struggle to get adjusted for temperature especially when the front fell off completely! We did inform the morning attendant and she apologized profusely promising to have it looked at. Really a small issue on an otherwise great nights stay.

The staff offered a warm welcome for us and our dog, helpful with questions and requests, and the pet-friendly room was exactly what we needed.
Initially we were concerned about it being right near the highway, but the soundproofing was great. Nice and quiet!
