The hot tubs surround by nature were lovely.
The room was super comfortable, spacious and a pleasure to stay in.
The restaurant food was a bit meh…
All three dishes we had lacked acidity and were very one note.

There is a private balcony which has a nice view for the river.
The room size is small and it is in the attic, you will bounce your head on the ceiling occasionally.

The view is magnificent
sous room was old and humid but it had a unique balcony with a stunning view on the Murray Bay. This was worth the trip.

The room was gorgeous and “deluxe” as described, which isn’t always the case. The view, as described, was incomparable from the entire room and the covered patio, which was lovely, romantic and cozy. The restaurant was gorgeous, comfortable and romantic, the service great and the food fabulous! The woodsy spa area was great with the stone hot tubs. The massage was incredible. I slept for two hours afterwards and felt relaxed the whole rest of the day. Most of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Provided the peaceful respite we needed after two weeks of traveling and touring. The area is gorgeous.
Most of the staff were friendly, and though most didn’t speak English, they were kind and patient with us (one of us doesn’t speak french at all). Those who did speak English were welcoming and wonderful. Unfortunately, one or two, as unfortunately happens in Quebec outside of Montreal and Quebec City were downright hostile, even after we explained we were Americans, not the political foes, Anglophone Québécois, and we didn’t have the ugly American demand and expectation that everyone on the planet speak English. One of us speaks passable french, though comprehension is more difficult and people seem to resent the request to speak more slowly, but the little french we knew helped a lot. It does make one hesitant to return.

The view on the St-Laurent from our room balcony was gorgeous. The hotel was very clean and the staff were respectful and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor spa and lounge areas.
Our room was on the top floor of the main inn, and on a hot summer day our room became uncomfortable. The AC unit was right next to the bed and was functional but was super noisy, so we had a really bad night.
Furniture and decor although clean were quite dated.
Note that there are no elevators and stairs were quite steep and narrow - it didn’t bother us but to keep in mind if mobility issues or bringing heavy luggage.

Check-in to this hotel was quick and easy. Our room was on the second floor of the main Inn, above the restaurant. We had a great view of the St. Lawrence River from our room. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Good free wifi and parking. This Inn had a great outdoor (heated) pool that also had a great view out over the river. Then beside the pool are 3 outdoor hot tubs and a sauna for use. We spent every afternoon having a relaxing hot tub. There are also a couple of serenity rooms with a fireplace, with relaxation music to sit and enjoy the view of the river, also great for reading books. The restaurant has an exceptional menu for both dinner and breakfast and the view is breath taking. The staff at the Inn are fantastic and very helpful. The location is very central to La Malbaie and the attractions and other restaurants. We stayed for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this Inn to anyone traveling to this area and wanting to have a relaxing stay.
Nothing.

Everything was excellent location , service , dining and spa facilities . I do think it’s time for upgrades In the rooms very dated and needs to refreshed (time to get rid of the carpeting)

View was great, breakfast ($17.50) was excellent and good value. Breakfast waitress was very friendly.
Room airconditioner was noisey and ineffective. We were on 2nd floor - no lift and narrow steep staircase.
