rooms are outdated and need refreshing.

Location was great.
Room wasn't perfectly clean. 2 different beds. One newish and comfortable, the other old and hard. Also, cheap coffee and creamer were provided it tasted like garbage.

Location was great, scenery was beautiful and the lady that worked the morning we arrived was absolutely amazing as well as the gentleman that was there during the day, evening staff not very friendly. We travelled with my service dog and the hotel was very accommodating for that which I am incredibly grateful for.
How there was no microwave or food options on site, no cups coffee or tea in the room, I had to ask for cups thankfully I brought the coffee!

The room is pretty good, it is one of the two rooms of this kind, I think the size is bigger than 27 square metres as it's said on the website, but unfortunetly not lakeview.

I booked with the understanding that there was a dining room on site but it was closed. There are very few options for a meal in Dalhousie.

The room was clean
There was leftover food in the fridge. There was no soap or Kleenex in the room and the person on the desk was inept. The floors in the hotel
needed cleaning. The hallways were dark. The parking lot was strewn with cigarette butts, not a welcoming entrance.

Had a little problem finding the hotel. Once we found it, we had no problem finding it after we went out 👍🏻
