Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub the breakfast

room was great, breakfast had lots of variety, staff in breakfast room very friendly, cleaning personnel efficient and friendly.

Breakfast was awesome - so many options. Our room was clean and very spacious. The pool and waterslide are perfect for younger kids.

Pillows are pretty bad to be honest. The rest of the hotel is fantastic... wish I could say the same for the pillow! Haha

Breakfast could start earlier. Lack of towels in the pool area.

good location, good parking, fairly quiet, common areas were well kept up.

room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. we couldn’t even use the pull out bed because it was gross. Shower curtain had a big hole in the middle so water sprayed everywhere. When asked why I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my stay, I explained how I could have stayed somewhere with cleaner rooms for $200 a night. I was told “well things are busy and it’s hard to keep up since there’s so many Cree (indigenous) people here”. this comment has me not feeling comfortable with ever going back and I regret spending my money there.

Good hotel for the value, enjoyed the included breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Would definitely recommend to others

The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was absolutely incredible. Each person we came across was friendly, helpful, and patient (I was there with my two young kids). Especially Rosa at breakfast! She was attentive, helpful, kind, and friendly! My kids loved the pool the most. The water slide was so much fun.

The bathroom was small and difficult to maneuver around but it didn’t impact our stay too much.

It had a great pool, waterside, hottub. It had a good breakfast buffet lots of variety and hot food as well as cold food options. Staff were polite and friendly and very accommodating. They greeted us in hallways and had a pleasant demanor. The room was nice we stayed in a king suite with a kitchenette. It was cozy and clean the king bed was comfortable. Had a fireplace and a pull out couch as well. Highly recommend. Also had good water pressure and temperature lotsbof hot water.
