Good location near the Newark Int. airport, can be easily reached.

Unfortunately Very unfriendly employees, the only one who was nice was the person who took care of the suitcases. While the room was clean, everything in it was extremely outdated and old and felt uncomfortable as a result. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room.

I needed a room to spend the night. They have an airport shuttle, which is so convenient. Beds were really comfortable.

There's a specific place where you have to take the shuttle. I arrived late night and the Air train that takes you to that specific place was closed. There isn't any other way to get there, which I think is ridiculous. Although they made their shuttle pick me up somewhere else within the airport, they should definitely plan in advance if the Air Train is closed. I didn't have a good time trying to figure out how to get to the hotel.

Room and check in was wonderful.

Don't like that if I were not there for a Class reunion that I would have to pay for parking.

I booked two rooms and paid via booking.com. When I reached the hotel, they only reseve one room for me. I am not sure who made the mstake, booking.com or Newward Hilton? When I went back China after several days, I found my credit card were deducted expenses for three rooms, what the hell?

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was severely lacking.

I arrived much later than I expected. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, the bar was closed, and there I waited at the front desk for an employee who was not dealing with anyone to actually ask if she could help me. There was not a speck of friendly service. I was given a menu of a place that would deliver food, but it turned out they were no longer delivering to the hotel. I went back to the little market in the lobby and picked up a box of Macaroni and cheese. Asked the girl at the front desk if there was a microwave in the room..No, she said. I asked about water for the mac and cheese to microwave it in the little market and she gave me a bottle of water. There was absolutely no hint of trying to smile or help me out. I could microwave this box of Mac and cheese, but of course, there were no spoons, etc to stir it. I didn't bother going back to the front desk to deal with the most unfriendly staff I have seen in a long time. I went into the breakfast room and took a plastic spoon to eat since there were no utensils in the little market either. Then I took the ONE WORKING elevator to go back to me room. I left on a 4:40 am shuttle back the the airport. I saw a bunch of people sleeping on cots at the airport due to canceled flights. I wish I had just stayed at the airport and saved the almost $300 room fee for my 5 hours of stay.
