Overall, I liked everything about the hotel. It’s a clean hotel and great location. Also, the staff were very nice and provided excellent customer service.
The fire alarm kept going off between 2:30-3:30am on 04/13/2024. It was a false alarm. But the staff did try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The room was comfortable and the hall was quiet. I liked the location for what we needed.
The first room we went in was a very strong mildew smell. I immediately went back to the desk and requested another room. The second room was better but there was still a smell. The whole floor had this humid, mildew smell.

The hallway was extremely hot and stuffy and the trash next to the elevator smelled so bad omggg the worst.

They did not have the air-conditioning on in hotel itself. Could only control the air in room. Elevator smells awful and is was extremely humid in halls

Charging $10 for breakfast was absurd and not well communicated to us. We only had some fruit and a bagel and were charged $10/person. It was unreasonable and not well communicated beforehand.
The shuttle service wasn't available either which was a big reason why we booked this property in the first place.

The location was convenient to my family. The decor of the hotel was pleasing and easy parking.
The lady at the desk took quite some time to locate my reservations. I specifically asked for adjoining rooms and was first assigned to 2 rooms on different floors. Also I think having to pay for buffet breakfast is ridiculous especially at these rates.

This hotel is very near friends of ours, so we've visited it often. It's been under construction. It's finally finished and they did a great job. It's beautiful.

Easy to locate, free parking, and couldn't tell there were renovations being done to the hotel.

Loved staying here! Staff was sooo friendly, and bent over backwards to make sure I had what I needed.
A little short staffed, which is why I was so surprised by how excellent the service I received was. Wishing them the best of luck!

King bed was in bad shape. I found hair on the sheets and ants in the room.

The room we were in had no working shower. Heard a lot of excuses and offers to go take showers in other locations but no offer of a different room! Really! Won’t be back

I could hear the people above me. Employees during the morning/day are extremely loud and I was trying to work. Hotel seemed very outdated for the price of the rate I paid. I went to get dinner in the lobby and I sat there for a good 15 mins before I had to wave the bartender over to take my order. There was only 4-5 other people there so not busy, all men and one guy came in after I did and he got waited on almost instantly. I was not impressed!
