We loved the hotel, except for the smell in the room.

The room didn’t smell good, it smelled musty. I had to go buy air fresheners for the room because I couldn’t stand the smell. Everything was excellent after that.

Room was dirty it was a dirty dry towel was inside the bathroom and room didn’t have no Heater it was 30% inside there and when we ask to turn the heater on they said they don’t have one

Nothing will never be back here again

A mistake in my name in the booking, the location of the room is very bad. The location of the room on the top floor under the air conditioner motors caused an unbearable noise that disturbed sleep. Also, a lack of bed linen, a lighting fault in the shower and toilet (it is not pleasant to shower in the dark). The next morning a cleaning worker in the dining room spilled ketchup and soiled me, in addition the worker was rude and refused responsibility...

Our room was very hot all the time & when we put on AC it didn’t help also the fan was too loud when we had it on! We did get a fan from front desk which helped! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Room was very mediocre, bathroom cabinets are broken, shower was not draining properly. Staff were not very welcoming.

Additional payment taken from my card, security deposit not refunded 4 days after leaving even though there were no issues. Unable to gain a response from the hotel to resolve this issue.

I loved how they accommodated me when I asked if the two rooms I rented can be next to each other. And the free breakfast was delicious

The room was extremely dirty ,! There was food on the floor , there was hair in the sofa, room floor and desk chair. The curtains were dusty and dirty, it definitely seemed ,not vacuumed at all . It’s a shame because I had booked for two nights, and I checked out . I come into the Anaheim area every weekend and I was to hoping. That this would be the one hotel . That I could go to indefinitely.! I normally don’t complain, but after spending so much money. I just simply ask for what it is fair. A CLEAN ROOM, to rest and enjoy. With out any worries!

Location and shuttle service

My hotel room had a odor, carpet was dirty with stains which I took a napkin and wiped my feet to show how dirty the carpet was, and bathroom was smelled with dirty tub.

The hard sell for becoming a Hilton club member. the evening host bar and snacks was of drinks small, and the food if could call it that was terrible. in the good old days there was food you could consider a meal. Shame on Hilton.

When voicing my concerns Merissa front desk mngr was very understanding and released with no cxl charge and the 2 front desk agent very nice and professional… the 3 employees who made a great impression

Some of the Cooks were short and rude to guest.. a lot of murmuring thru out the guest.. safety was major issue for me with family nightclub in the parking lot and intoxicated people speeding thru parking lat and rude ghetto front desk worker for the cherry on the topping need I go on..

Breakfast was a beautiful spread, lots of options! Room was great space and clean! I feel like the price was a steal!

Room needed to be better stocked with spare blankets and pillows. I got the double queen bed suite, and there was not pillows or sufficent bedding for the pull out bed in the living room.
