Everything. The staff is incredibly rude. The whole hotel has rooms facing the inner part of the hotel lobby. It was incredibly loud. The room was dirty. The bathroom flooded completely from the shower. The sink in the kitchen flooded also. Once notified the staff about all complaints they said that they were “sorry I felt that way” . No one took responsibility for anything.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice.

No parking and valet was the real option to get your car easily.

Size of accommodation and quality of room. Loved the pillows. Valet parking a plus. Breakfast was great. The water bottles upon registration was a welcome plus.

The coffee in my room was horrible. Un-drinkable The mirrors and window were dirty. Carpet could stand to be cleaned.

I always love the Embassy Suites, the free drinks and snacks, the free breakfast, It’s always clean and comfortable.

There was a banging noise coming from the air intake vent outside the bathroom, every time the air went off it sounded like someone was slamming a door, so it was like that all nite. I mentioned it to an African American lady at the front desk around 7:30 am and her comment was I don’t even know what you’re talking about. She was not pleasant to talk to at all. When we checked out about an hour later there was another lady at the front desk, I mentioned it to her and she made note of it and apologized, she was nice at least

The only good thing about this hotel is its accessibility to the BART.

This hotel is, in a word, disgusting. We came to town for a race (that was, unfortunately, canceled at the last minute). We won't be coming back. This hotel is not... restful. Unsupervised kids - lots of them - running around the lobby screaming for two days in a row. Loud partiers wandering the halls all night leaving trash everywhere (which isn't picked up). The lobby was still trashed when we came down on Sunday. Baby diapers were left in the hallway. BABY DIAPERS IN THE HALLWAY. Let me just say - you really haven't lived until you've emerged from your $200+ hotel room, excited for a day of exploring, only to almost step on a used baby diaper that's been dropped outside your door. Hot water went out - in the entire hotel - for most of Saturday. Though it was fixed by Sunday, on Sunday the hotel informed us that they were shutting off water to the hotel completely for several hours while they made repairs. Shower had mildew and dirty floors. Hand prints on the walls. Free breakfast was very disappointing (food was generally undercooked and not very warm). At least one elevator (out of only 3) was broken for the duration of our 4-day stay. In terms of walkability, the location isn't great - there is not a lot of choice in terms of food. Unless you like eating all your meals at Starbucks or at the Renaissance Hotel across the street, you'll need to either take the BART to the city or rent a car. Please. I am begging you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster. What a waste of money.

Nice location

Hotels are still trying to take advantage of Covid. Not allowing check in until 4 and check out at 11 with a charge for late check out is completely ridiculous. The shower and couch were both clearly dirty. For a “nice” place this hotel is very trashy.

Me cancelaron mi reserva sin motivo no tenía donde quedarme, trato inaceptable!! Nadie me Quiza dar una explicación razonable, mi pasajero (amigo) con un gran malestar NO nos recibieron pasamos en el coche toda la noche.. INACEPTABLE conducta de parte de booking y Embassy Suites. No recomendable a nadie ni nunca mas, esa terrible experiencia!! 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

We booked a suite and it was perfect, plenty of room and comfortable. I wish I would have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

Workers and valet were excellent. Craig Sarmiento and his team were super. Maids were great too.

Gentleman cooking omelettes continued cooking and calling out numbers but never acknowledged those waiting to order that he would be with them. Manager was the least friendly. Like we were bothering her.

Great hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was great!

I was a bit surprised because I book a room for four people but it only had one queen bed. The lady at the reception told me that I selected that room. In the end they made a bed out of the sofa. So, we solved the situation. Anyway, I did expect two queen beds when booking a room for four people.

The parking option was ridiculous.

Staff was great. Especially the heavy set African American manager. He made the visit very nice. The lady working in the dining/bar area was great and was very helpful getting complimentary wine.

I was put back by being charged $30 for parking. Your manager (African american male) was very courteous and was able to turn the negativeness of being charged $30 for parking into a positive item.... He suggested the complimentary beer/wine.. I landed up having dinner at your hotel. The quesadea was very good. I would stay here again if I find myself in the neighborhood. This was the nicest hotel my trip

the room was way to closed to the brat train and u hear it all night. when u go down for happy hour the staff is hovering over u. there nothing for kids or guess to drink if u don’t drink beer or wine. no close food place around to get food.

Aside from the BART (train) that goes right by the hotel, it was pretty quiet at night. The BART stopped running later in the evening and then it got quiet.

Location (right on a corner, lots of u-turns to get to and from the hotel) and parking were terrible. Be advised, the only option for parking that the hotel offered was valet service for $30/night. I would recommend parking next door ($12/24-hour period), below the neighboring building. The rooms weren’t “dirty” but there was a lot left to be desired. It’s clear that the hotel staff and maintenance don’t have the highest attention to detail. The carpet was kinda gross and the shower hadn’t been cleaned.

Romm was spacious. Traveled with walker, so most of room was able to accommodate the walker. Having refrigerator in room was great. Furniture was comfortable to sit on; most hotels have uncomfortable chairs and sofas. So appreciated that. Shopping and restaurants close by which was a real bonus for me.

Space between beds was narrow and did not allow walker to fit between beds. Bath had tub; however, shower would have been better for me. At the price I paid, I think parking for guests should have been free.
