Wasn’t told hot tub was drained and out of order and we got a hotel for a hot tub , using a black light showed the door handles to the bedroom were absolutely coated with substances

Very quiet and clean hotel. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils. The kitchen utensils I brought were useless. I spent three nights here. For dinner, I grilled steak in the kitchen and bought wine. All markets are 5 minutes away from the surrounding area. 1 hour and 30 minutes by car to Banff. The quality exceeds expectations. Especially the breakfast is fantastic. I recommend this place..

We liked everything, the room, continental breakfast and of course the pool with slide was a huge hit for my granddaughters

Loved the heated floors in the bathroom.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. Overall would stay there again.

Bathtubs are too high for older people to get in and out of even having to shower was a chore but have since found out you have special rooms but step in showers As it was our first night there we didn't know that but will know for future bookings.

really nice hotel, I got a very large room which was nice and the continental breakfast was very good!

it didn’t effect me personally but the no alcohol on site was definitely a shock to see.
