Very comfortable beds! And great location and only 2 blocks from the hospital!
The echo from above and next door rooms, but the room must have been very new because there was no pictures or anything, but would definitely stay there again!

Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom good. Front door filthy both inside and out. No A rod but no hangers to hang things on . Swimming pool empty of water and obviously in need of paint job. Patio with broken chairs held up with a rock the size of a large soccer ball, not usable.
Everything.

It was very run down looking in the rooms. No proper duvet cover, just sheets and some fleece blanket. Didn’t have any body towels, when I asked for some at reception, they didn’t believe me and had to come in the room to check. Bathtub was all stained and rusty look with tape around the tub and wall. I knew it was a budget motel, I’d be okay with it if it wasn’t $130 a night w/tax, shouldn’t be than $95 for what it was. Was going to book at the hostel but when I booked it it was showing rain so I thought having the pool could be a nice option but the pool had no water!

The bed was too soft. The floors were not very clean.

Location
Couldn’t get the pop up for the sink to drain. coffee maker quit working after about 1/4 cup went through. TV is on a wall that you can’t comfortably watch from the bed. we had to walk upstairs, & the stairs are made out of Chipboard that is in dire need of repair. Water quit going into toilet tank, but after my husband played with the tap behind the toilet it started finally. Must have been seized up.

Staff are very nice and accommodating, as we called a head the day before to see if we could arrive a night early.i also like the suite for the family of 4 or more, as it has a kitchen.
I believe was a little over priced as it is a very old motel need a little work to it but have been kept up well. The couch & chairs need to be a little more comfortable, a little hard.

They were good about suppling towels, friendly overall, they were good about fixing some problems in the room.. blinds were not working, mechanical sink plunger disconnected. TV was good, nice big screen, cable choices weak but ok, AC worked well.. that was a relief 🙂
The room could use a little more thought, bathroom could use a shelf for toiletries, a hook or two for clean clothes, kitchenette utensils were minimal, we needed to get some basic supplies (ie: cutting board, knives, toaster, pots no lids) .. a clock or alarm would have been nice.. wifi is hard to log onto, signal is weak, price was too high for this quality of room, AC attachment to the wall was kind of unsightly, .. but it worked well.. old wood panels from way back ( not a deal breaker for me)

Although we were in Penticton during the hottest days, the first room had no air conditioning. They were good about giving us another room but the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The carpet was filthy. The bed was clean and well made. The pool was murky. We ended up not staying our second night as planned and left Penticton a day early.

There was no breakfast included but it’s fair deal for the money we paid big fridge
Some kind of breakfast buffet would have been nice but not a big deal

The staff was lovely and the beds were comfortable.
The property is in terrible condition. It is so run down. The room needed new everything! The hot water tap in the kitchen didn’t even turn on.
