Friendly welcome, clean room with all amenities, loved the comfy bed. The Free Wi-fi worked perfect. Awesome scrambled eggs and sausages :)

The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful in fixing our internet and cable issues. The breakfast had a sufficient variety of food.

Very friendly woman at the front of house when we checked in. You could tell she enjoys her job. She was very helpful.
It would be good if there was some protein for breakfast and not just toast/waffles/cereal type thing.

the Reception/Front Desk was horrible, they dont treat guests with respect. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

closeness to Blue Mountain, very comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful
staff.
The free breakfast was a let down, not very many options, and food did not taste great, ended up buying breakfast instead.
The lighting in the room was not very bright.
