Parking ticket issue. Not easy to get out of the parking lot. Had to pay to park 14.00. Doesn’t make sense.

Nothing, I did not stay here.

I did not stay there because my plane was diverted to Houston. It took 3 months of back and forth emails to finally get a partial refund.

The room had a strange smell. The windows faced the inside atrium of the hotel - no outside view or fresh air.

No towels glasses cups note pads nor pens in the room had to call down to the desk to get them. Room not refreshed / cleaned each day.

The restaurant was miserable. Airport transfer was unprofessional. A fancy Motel 6

We arrived late, left very early. So I can't really assess the total property. I thought that the rooms were small. Very clean.

Small rooms. 4 people couldn't move around very well.

On the morning of check-out, at 4am, as I approached my suitcase to close it, a cockroach ran into it, so I had to unpack the entire bag and kill the cockroach, which made me late. Why was there a cockroach inside my room? I was there for around 12 hours and experienced this. No ambience.

Beautiful facility. Friendly staff Too bad we couldn't enjoy more of it. We were there to catch a very early morning flight.

Everything was as expected, and we were quite comfortable.

We had time to kill and were hungry, so we visited the bar for a quick bite... the wait staff were not nice at all! We've stayed at the hotel a few times, and every time, the staff were awful. I'm not sure why, but they should be evaluated.

Check in and check out were very easy. The hotel is really fancy/nice- it surprised my husband and I! We had a really quick stay because we only had an overnight layover in Austin, but we'd definitely stay again. Though the infrastructure isn't really supportive of this (no sidewalks) we walked to and from the airport through the parking lots and it was about a 10 minute walk each way.

There was nothing that we were not satisfied with.

Ernest in the restaurant was AMAZING! He treated us like royalty. Our room was spacious and very clean. Enjoyed with coffee bar and complimentary bottle waters. Housekeeping was on point with fresh towels daily.

Our Hilton stay was from Sunday, 1/28 thru Saturday 2/4. Wednesday morning after returning from breakfast, we had a male staff member using his card key to BREAK INTO OUR ROOM. He did not knock or identify himself. Once he got the door open, not realizing we had the security latch was engaged, yet he continued to try getting into our room. I asked him who he was and what did he want. He just said, sorry, and took off. I got myself dressed and headed downstairs to the registration desk. Livid about this security situation, asked for the hotel manager and head of security. A gentlemen in charge was from maintenance, not security, ask me what the situation was about. I relayed my story to him that one of his staff members tried breaking into our room. He asked me if I had my DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, which I replied, "that is relevant whether I have it hanging from the door handle or not. NO ONE should be accessing my room at all. I did not request daily housekeeping". I also informed him I am a concealed weapons carrier. I will use it and I will make it count. Once we departed the conversation, a gentlemen named Francisco came to my room and informed me that they gathered all the staff members and had a staff meeting regarding this situation. Whether this is true or not, I have not idea. He also told me that my comment of being a concealed weapons carrier put the fear in who ever was trying to break into my room. DAMN STRAIGHT! Francisco offered to comp my dinner for the evening, which he failed. I am a 61 year old, single women and I need to protect myself at all cost, whether I'm traveling alone or not. This sort of behavior is not what I expect out of a quality hotel chain, especially HILTON. Maybe Hilton needs to do a more extensive background check on your employee's. Clearly you have EX-Con's working in your establishment.
