The room smelled badly. The carpets needed cleaning and ac unit needs some maintenance .

The location is great. The hotel was updated and clean on the inside.

There wasn’t enough coffee pods left in the room each day. I always had to go down and get more.

Breakfast was Good staff was helpful and friendly

Smelling of a dog or cat covered up with some sort of carpet cleaning it was horrible and very nasty and animal hair everywhere

the desk clerk Rodney was very rude. when I questioned my rate which was not correct he went into a tirade. Then I told him that we were supposed to have a non-smoking room and that room had smokers in it prior to our visit. He waved his hands and spun around and said I was a scam artist trying not to pay for my room that night. I will never recommend this to anyone we were treated terribly. We had just come from Fort Myers and the hurricane and lost our home we have nothing left. That made matters so much worse. A little kindest might’ve helped

the property was clean and well taken care of. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and furnishings were up to date.

Actually, everything. Very efficient and friendly staff. First hotel EVER that actually had extra pillows waiting for me in the room (I always request it, never before actually happened and I travel A LOT!).

It was just ok. Nothing bad, nothing special either. Clean room.

TV/ network was sketchy. About 2.4Mps WiFi and never did get the. able TV to work.

the staff. they were mean to my family & I. Staff yelled at my niece & then when we were about to report it all of them were hiding from us.

Beds comfortable.

No extras to make us comfortable like bottled water. The breakfast could have been better. Pool closed yo early and not a good set up.
