Breakfast was quite good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean.
Somewhat expensive for a regular type of room. Bathroom vanity had limited counter space. No where to put your suitcase and only one chair. The room was cold and the fan noisy.

Attention to detail. From the moment we arrived being greeted by the lovely Carrie, to the Facilities Personelle, Restaurant Servers and Manager, we we're treated like Royalty. They set the standards high here and the staff are no exception to the rule. Using your first name in conversation, respectful, attentive and eager to please and make your stay memorable. In the day in age, this is golden. Keep up the great work Cobblebeach!
That we only stayed one night. Next time longer for sure!

The grounds surrounding the property, the view, and the golf course. The couples Spa was Terrific.
The way furniture was set up in the room was not well arranged. The room required more light and needed more counter space in the bathroom.

Breakfast was amazing! Eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes, cold cut meats, few different kinds of breads, croissants, cheese, yogurt, fruit, jam, peanut butter and muffins. We stayed at the Blue Heron room which had a balcony. We were able to see the Canada Day fireworks show from our balcony. The view of the Huron Lake surrounding us and golf course was so serene and beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. They helped us roast marshmallows after 10pm and took us on a tour of the 556 acre golf course when we asked if that was even possible. We had the best time and hope to come again.

The humidifier was a life saver. The bed and beddings was super comfortable 👌 . Decent breakfast .
The Hotel had just one small hot tub outside which limited the access to it .

The facility is in an easy to find and beautiful location, attractive well-maintained buildings, and grounds. The room was a Loft Suite with a queen bed on the main level and a queen pull-down bed on an upper level (which had been made-up), with a separate couch. The upper level would be OK e.g. for children, but as it was necessary to walk through the main bedroom area to reach the bathroom, maybe not suitable for another couple (?).
On entering the bedroom, it was very clean, good quality furniture and comfortable bed with quality linens. There were 2 easy chairs, a desk and chair, a TV cabinet with TV (which we did not turn on), bedside tables and drawers. In the corridor leading to the bathroom was a large wardrobe, but with only about 8 hangers. The bathroom was large with views over Georgian Bay and the resort grounds. The bathroom had 2 sinks, a large bathtub, and a walk-in shower with rainforest shower head. Toiletries were provided. One thing we would have liked on arrival was a couple of bottles of water, but these were not provided. There was a fridge, which was empty and a coffee maker with 4 pods.
The WiFi worked well and there did not seem to be a limit on the number of devices that could be simultaneously connected (we connected 4 devices).
Also in the room was an air purifier. There were doors leading onto a private balcony, overlooking the north of the grounds and Georgian Bay.
The resort was not providing any housekeeping services, including making-up the room, replacing towels, removing garbage, etc. Although on the website, it says that additional towels and toiletries would be provided, on the first morning when the towels had already been used twice, we requested clean towels we were met with slight consternation. Like “Why”? Not least because we normally take 2 showers per day and for C$390 per night, we would like some service. The garbage was not removed at all, although the lady on the reception desk said that she would personally remove the garbage but did not. Clean towels were left in the room in a black garbage bag. We have stayed in other hotels in Ontario since the covid lockdowns and full housekeeping services were provided. Disposable plastic overalls and gloves are not so expensive. This appears to be more like blaming covid to save on staff expenses.
Several of the reviews from other guests are not complementary. Our general feeling was one of dissatisfaction. Maybe ‘disappointment’ that the facility held such promise but did not live up to the promise. The staff did not seem to be motivated.

It was a positive experience and their breakfast in the morning was great. Was very happy with the food and the location couldn't be beat. The bar tender was really helpful and went above and beyond by making us drinks that were not yet on the menu, which was especially impressive since he was new.
The restaurant was quite empty, a few tables were half set with tablecloths and the birch decore looked like it was falling down. Overall the restaurant vibe/decore felt like a bit of an afterthought. We can appreciate that summer is their main season though, so maybe they were still ramping up for guests.
In terms of the room, the view was great and everything was really clean. It also had a wonderful bed and amazing sheets. That said, I'd expect thicker pillows, bigger towels and better toilet paper at this price point. The tub made a really loud noise when it was on medium heat and the water was leaking out of the hardware. Just about every surface in the room that was wood was nicked to some degree, which was surprising.

. The staff at the Inn were phenomenal. Polite, helpful, attentive, professional, friendly.....
Warm was clean and comfortable. Heated washroom floors was a definite surprise and awesome
Sweetwater Restaurant was quiet, inviting and food amazing.
Honestly, the only thing not up to par with the rest of the Inn was the quality of the toilet paper.

The property was absolutely lovely with a view of beautiful Georgian Bay. Rooms were large and very well equipped. Staff was very friendly.
Between my husband and I we had five different meals and each could be described as adequate. We felt that the food did not live up to the standards of the hotel.
