The hotel looks nice with lots of amenities.

Room was dirty on multiple surfaces. Toilet was running all night, and faucet on bathroom sink is broken. Receptionist offered to clean the room but my children were already sleeping, next best thing was to clean the next morning. I'm staying one night, so essentially they offered to clean it better for the next guest.

Conditions of the hotel are excellent

There is no proper restaurant there is small take away option which is providing some food but not the best food.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was spacious. The lobby, like the room, was beautiful!

The carpeting in our room was very stained (looked like someone sloshed coffee all over next to the bed). It was also torn and frayed right when you walked into the bedroom area. I was REALLY looking forward to room service but I couldn't find a menu anywhere in the room to order from.

Beautiful clean close to shopping and restaurants

The hotel has an ideal location within walking distance of the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. We requested extra bedding for the pullout couch and it was brought to the room very quickly. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that might have made the stay better would have been free parking. Other than that, we were quite pleased.

The pool was nice, the buffet was reasonably priced and enjoyable, bring close to Easton was a bonus.

The room was dirty, not outfitted with enough towels for the number of people booked, our air conditioning was not working properly and made our stay quite uncomfortable.

Great comfort and love the bar inside the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We were disappointed in the view. We paid extra for a city view but were placed on the 2nd floor behind a tree that faced the driveway. Also, most of the electrical outlets and charging plugs didn’t work in the room. We had to get assistance to get the TV working properly and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. Our disappointments were small but they added up considering the cost of the room.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. Insulted me when I asked them to fix the heater system that didn’t work in our room. Front desk last told us we had jackets. not helpful. Our anniversary night in the room was ruined due to the cold room and how long it took for the staff to fix the problem. there solution was to send a maintenance man to our room to work on the heating system after 11pm at night when while we were in bed. Didn’t offer to reduce the $300 a night price, or move our room. Instead, insulted us by telling us to wear coats in the room, ruined our entire anniversary evening by giving us the run around on fixing the heating issue. we were overall extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with our overall experience.

Location was convenient. Lobby was nice. Pool was large. TV was large. Starbucks in lobby was also convenient.

The employee who’s name tag read “Will” at the front desk was not very friendly at check out. he acted almost annoyed that I was interrupting what he was doing on the computer. The rooms were just ok. Dust on every surface, marker spots on the furniture that did not match the wood color. Furniture was not in good shape in general. Outdated and somewhat dirty carpet in guest rooms. Did not answer the phone at the front, we attempted calling roughly 10-15 times over our two night stay - never receiving an answer. if you need anything, you will have to walk to the lobby. Parking was not convenient/close. Also costs $10/day to simply park in the lot, which we were not aware of until we received our receipt at check out. $20/day to valet - would recommend that, since you’re paying 1/2 of that to walk 1/4-1/2 mile to your vehicle. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain well. Toilet ran the entire time we were there- very obnoxious at night time. Breakfast is not included in the price you pay for a room either. $10/plate for kids $20/plate for adults. Overall, just not worth the cost.

No soap to wash hands in the bathroom. You could tell the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned that good. Found hairs in the bathroom floor. Had to ask at the front desk for bar soap to wash hands. Man on floor in housekeeping couldn’t understand English. Gave me body wash and was trying to talk to another housekeeper that didn’t speak English either. Fans in bathroom ceiling wasn’t cleaned. Pillows wasn’t very comfortable either.
