I was pleased with the stay. This motel is very nice and comfortable and very good value

I didn't have breakfast. The location was great - near downtown and easy to access. The view of the ocean from the bedroom window was marvelous! I liked that there was individual heat for each room. Having a code for the room meant there was no key or keycard to lose!

Not applicable. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant

Adequate for our needs but strictly no frills.

Limited front desk hours. Noisy a/c unit. It appears maintenance is kept up at just the bare minimum.

Terrible. Rip off. Don't do it

Nothing. They rip you off with the room. Advertised bedroom, lounge room and kitchen suite but give you a standard hotel room. When asked about it at first they said this is what you booked. Then when I showed them my booking they said the room you have been given is same price.

Everything. Booked a room on ground floor, they gave me upstairs. No elevator just many stairs. Its on a main road so very noisy all night. Staff very rude. Room smelt. Old

Value was met on my stay. Bed was comfy and bathroom bright. Would revisit this property.

Room was a kitchenette, which I didn't expect. Facilities are a bit tired, but improvements are noticeable.

The occasional smell of pot from rooms, although it is posted as banned.

Very friendly staff, great location!

Wonderful staff and great location! Rooms were big and spacious. Had a great size closet area with a coffee machine and mini fridge that was really useful.

Bedside lights were really awful (fluorescents) so I wasn’t able to use them during my stay (personal preference) and the bathroom was in rough shape. Had a wonderful stay because of the staff and location, but there were some obvious fixes that needed to be done (I blame previous disrespectful guests!).

The hotel is well located and the rooms are clean and tidy. Boss enthusiasm! I've been here many times. Value for money.

Bad

I'm trying to get the messenger across that they couldn't accommodate me. I am disabled and all they had was 2 story walk up.
