The staff was wonderful ! So kind and helpful while in a stressful situation due to the wildfire and road closure. They went above and beyond the usual .
It was the quietest Best Western ever. It must have thick soundproofing between the rooms.
A little hard to locate due to poor road signage.

every staff member we met was friendly. We felt comfortable, safe and the team genuinely cared about their guest experiences. We will definitely come back!!!

The room was clean and comfortable but nothing special at all. Nice foyer. Good parking. Okay for one night in-transit stay.
Not sure why arrival staff was unhelpful as leaving staff was nice. Didn't like high pay for very little in return. For example, no breakfast included. The hotel was not that full but no effort was made to give us a nice view.

No room service after 8pm.. we came back from Tofino hungry, hoping we can order something from room service but they told us the kitchen is closed!
