Plan to stay there again.

Did not use the sit down breakfast. The breakfast bistro was a little lacking in selection.

Breakfast bistro could have had more selection of food products. My latte was good!

Ok. Went to coffee shop and waited 15 min. Nobody showed.

Too small rooms/bath. Noisy.

the lady in the front was pretty rude , shes indian. i didnt like the way she check-in in and her attitude. each time i was asking a question its like i was bothering her.

that there is an amazing spa. the massage therapist I had was sooooo great.

price was waaaayyyyyy toooo much for a room. the size was a joke for what you got. cold have stayed in a huge suite in any other hotel for what you pay at the HS

beautiful building always enjoy staying here. love the spa and the delightful breakfast!

the last 3 times we have stayed the hot tub is still not working. I think it would be in your best interest to invest in fixing this as it’s greatly missed.

All in all will come again!

the coffee at the shop was good, the one on the room not so :)

The smell is the room and that the room was dusty, probably not prepared for check in because we upgraded at check in, in such case reception should get the room checked at first.
