All good. The desk clerk did not speak english well and i dont speak french much either. It caused some problems and she served the french speaking always ahead of us.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was so nice. The location, with a beautiful view of Lac Sainte Jean was wonderful! Picnic tables available with a view of Lac Sainte Jean, beautiful! Complementary wall mounted hand soap dispenser at the bathroom sink. Complementary wall mounted shampoo/body wash dispenser in the shower. Complementary small fridge and coffee maker. I will be staying here again! Highly recommend!!!

The room we had (Room #48) the tub/shower was awkward to step into and out of and no hand rails to grab onto for assistance. Once in the tub/shower, you are standing about 1 foot taller than a person standing on the bathroom floor next to the tub/shower. This height difference made it hard to step into and out of the tub. I recommend the owners consider installing hand rails for safety. Our room had no microwave. We didn't end up needing a microwave, so it was fine.

No breakfast included people do to Covid. Location is amazingly beautiful. Especially sunrise on lake. A walk on bike path a long the lake Lac St-Jean is a major plus. Beautiful view. Staff very friendly. Motel room is clean 👍. Recommend to ask for more extra pillows. Definitely, recommend the motel

A bit disappointed on booking.com website. It still say yes breakfast included. But clicking on Covid-19 info underneath the motel pictures. It said breakfast is unavailable. I think booking.com should completely scrap out breakfast included. So no confusion info in future for costumers.

location with water view is very nice. staff was responsive at all hours room was clean and bed comfortable

The breakfast was very basic (just coffee and muffins) , likely due to covid 19. I would have liked some juice options instead of coffee. Apart from St Hubert BBQ, restaurants and shops are a very long walk away along a busy road. We walked over 20 minutes to buy bottled water from a gas station. Would be nice if the motel stocked some water to sell. We were on our bikes, but the motel does not allow bikes in the rooms, and insists on putting them in a garage. This makes it complicated to use your bike to run a errand (like going to restaurant or to buy water) as you have to ask permission to get your bike and someone needs to escort you to the garage. The bikes are safe, but not convenient to get them during your stay. Overall still a very nice motel and I would stay again! Just would have been good to know the details i mentioned above before arriving, so that we could have planned accordingly.
