They offered croissants. For people getting the early ferry there was a buffet after 8PM with fruit and bread to make sandwiches for the morning. Fridge and coffee machine in our room and take away cups for an early ferry wait. Possibility to do laundry in the late afternoon. We were able to eat a take away supper from town on a table in our room.
Nothing gluten free but we don't expect that here, we bring our own. Curtains let light through.

There was no breakfast, had to drive 10 miles to eat, it was false advertising as far as I was concerned. I think you owe me money back for the no breakfast.

The power was out in port hardy so we didn’t get to eat or have coffee. Not your fault. But the room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep

Called the Inn a few weeks prior to confirm that there was space and a late check in was accepted. The Inn confirmed that checking in between 10pm and 11pm was accepted and there would be someone available. We were travelling from down island, so it was about a 6 hour drive to get to the destination prior to heading out to hike Cape Scott. We arrived at 10:45pm, where I was then told by the front desk attendant that they didn't have my reservation or a room for us. After a long drive to a more remote location, that is the last thing I wanted to hear. I had the email with the confirmation from Bookings.com. I waited for about a half an hour while they tried to figure something out. We were then given a key to a room and proceeded to take all of our stuff up to the room. Turns out there was someone in the room! We then went back downstairs to get this rectified once again. After about another 30 minutes of waiting, we were then given a key to another room. We went into the room and thankfully no one was in there, but the lights nor the AC worked. At this point, we just wanted somewhere to stay for the night before starting the hike. I don't know where the miscommunication was, between Bookings.com or the Inn, but if they didn't have a room available (after over an hour of waiting for things to be sorted out), we would have been stuck in an awful position since it was so late and not a lot of other options in a more remote location. This really doesn't give me a lot of reassurance if I were to book again through this method. This caused a very stressful time, especially after being told "we don't have your reservation". I was informed by the front desk attendant, that their colleague had moved a few people around prior and someone was staying in our room and that's why they couldn't find our reservation. This is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate- seems that a huge detail (our reservation) was completely over looked.
