Beds were comfortable and clean
Hot tub water was dirty with clumps of hair floating in pool. Slide was not operational. No breakfast.

The staff kept saying since I booked through a booking site they can’t give a discount. The pool was down for the first day and a half there, the work out facility isn’t working, guest we’re loud and rowdy. The people above us were so loud and banging on the floor. It smelled so bad

The location was good, the room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, I think it had a mattress cover and the room had a microwave and fridge.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

It is on a main route, not far from shopping and the university. There is also a pool with waterslide and hot tub and some exercise equipment. A Chicken Chef is onsite as well as a bar and beer vendor.
Some of the common areas looked aged but that’s a small criticism, it was difficult to find something to not like.

Went with the kids, the waterslide was not operational, only told when arrived. tv programming kept dropping off.

Water slide and hot tub was not working. Hotel room smelt like smoke. Sketchy guy roaming the parking lot scoping out cars/trying to open doors

I didn't know until I checked in the pool and got tub were closed.

Was not impressed that the pool was unavailable after being told it would be. Kids were let down. One of the reasons we booked this place was for them to swim. Was told they had a busy weekend and it was being serviced

The rooms were so bad, they had a bad smell as soon as we entered. The sheets were not replaced, you could see the hair strands on the pillow covers and it seemed like the sheets were never replaced as they were all wrinkled up and dirty.
I mean the pictures are not even close to what the reality is. I would suggest to stay somewhere else even if it requires you to spend a bit more....
Lastly, the breakfast is not included so its really a pain in the .. to stay at this property.
Honestly, the worst experience ever, i think its the same with all travel lodges which are in smaller city's.
