the hall smells like weed. leaking tap. had to ask 3 times for my invoice.

Kitchenette area.

No coffee or tea condiments in the room, the bed is worn, the pillows were too firm & small. There was also no heat in the rooms, middle of the night was freezing in the room.

Satisfied during the 4 nights stay

On the only main street of Yellowknife, the Franklin Ave, close to the entrance of Yellowknife, the Ingraham Trail for hunting the lights, visitor center, city hall, museum and legislative assembly, old town, the popular bistro for local fish, the ice road, etc. The room was spacious, clean and relatively quiet.

Tap water was very small, I have to always use the shower. Coffee was not supply timely. People walking on the upper floor was noisy.

All in all good rooms sticky floor rug should be cleaned rug cleaner any

Your hospitality and not bad food.

One nightshift lady rude or not calling a cab when asked to and should’ve easily get a location.

Location. Ideally situated for walking around and looking at the town.

Had to change rooms because of bathroom leakage. Ended up being on different floor to travelling companions. Front desk polite but not forth coming with information about activities and places to visit. No breakfast facilities.

It was located at prime location near downtown and rooms were spacious.

I would prefer a simple kettle to make morning tea in room than the coffee machine.

Ii would go back there if I was travelling to Yellow Knife again

The small town homey nature. We became friends with the desk clerks in our 3 day stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly

The outside of the building doesn't look like much when you get there

The Explorer and Chateau Nova were full so it was the next best option.

Location was good for access to old town

The place was quiet and staff were unobtrusive. Check in and check out were relatively smooth and the staff was helpful.

It was still COVID measures. I did have to request my room to be cleaned. The restaurant owner was on vacation.

The bed was comfy and the receptionist was nice to me. Nice bath.

The room was dirty. They had not hoovered the carpet, there were candy wraps on the floor and under the bed. There was dust everywhere. The bathroom was also not the cleanest.

Breakfast was ok not part of the hotel a separate Restaurant run by another company

It was all good just no food supplied by the hotel

it was quite, so it was peacefully to sleep

online booking.com was a headache, it took the front desk clerk 30-40mins or more to find and get me checked into my room, I thought it would of save me time book online, there was no coffee cups in my room for the morning time, which I did not notice till then.
