Check in was pretty easy. I rented the wrong movie by accident and wasn’t charged. Only charged for 1 which was nice they caught that without me saying anything.
Different pillow types would be nice.

Great location. T.V was easy to navigate. The room was clean. Very good breakfast buffet. Lots of parking out back with rear entrance. Wonderful restaurant right next door at the casino.
I forgot my phone charger and they were unable to locate it. That's unfortunate as it will cost me $ 30 to replace it.

Smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room. Left the fan on because the windows are sealed shut

Location and value with a great breakfast, very clean, easy to find.
Shower head seemed to have not been properly installed the flange at the back was not attached to the wall and the head was very loose

it had everything we needed!!
curtain fell out of ceiling…. but staff came right away. asked if my son was ok. and offered to move us to another room without hesitation. we were fine to stay there.

Horrible nights sleep our phone kept ringing all night at least 15 times a recirding came on welcoming us asking us how they could help.i tried to answer no one on other end.I reported to the front desk but they didnt seem interested!!
