Motel is tired - needs updating - services offered were not available
Staff listened and tried hard - motel changed hands in the last year - I believe it was in a run down condition - not even close to the booking.com write up

The staff were great and gave our stay their best effort
The building is tired - needs to be updated. 1960 decorating. My bathroom no sink stopper, towel bar fell off the wall- the girls room the bed light didn’t have a bulb or switch - phone didn’t work. Breakfast in the restaurant was a journey - they were not prepared to handle customers and understanding english language was a problem. We understand there are new owners of the motel - the management listened to our comments - hope things change and wish them well

What a great place! We ended up staying 1 nights here due to bad weather heading to Brandon and it was wonderful! There is a bar and sushi restaurant with a great menu on premises and the rooms. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel itself it within walking distance of anything you need in town too. Great place, I'd definitely recommend it!

I liked that it was located near restaurants and shops. It was a quiet stay and very comfortable. The staff were really nice and approachable.

The service was friendly and the room was very clean.
We knew by the price it wasn’t a 5 star so we expected the dated furniture. The mattress however was very broken down and difficult to sleep in.

The parking lot had not been cleared of snow so parking was hard because of the snow level

We have a big accident before we go to the hotel. Our car was broken and I told the hotel we can’t visited. I hope cancer the room. But the hotel refused very unkindly. This is the second time for me to book this hotel. I'm so disappointed. I will never book this hotel again.

Breakfast not available because Labour Day weekend but the Red Barn restaurant was lovely.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is good!
NO LOCKED DOOR to get IN to the room !!!!!!!! Had to push REALLY HARD just to get in (with staff to help). IF there had been an emergency with my husband, I would never have gotten out! We could lock the door from the inside which gave a small sense of security.

pillows not good.. no bedding for hidabed. not enough towel, did not clean room after 1st night,air conditioner too small would not cool the room,baseboards in bathroom unpainted and dirty,toilet seat fallen off. pictures showed 2 beds and it wasn’t .

Staff was super friendly and helpful! It is right off the highway so it is a great spot to stop for roadtrips.
Rooms decor was outdated and the bed sheets were kind of scratchy but other than that (which is relatively minor), I was satisfied!

Did not have breakfast
The room accosted me with the reek of a flooded basement…that smell of wet concrete mixed with stale wet carpet. When we took our shoes off to settle in, I could feel the carpet was still damp from whatever flood clearly happened recently. I was too exhausted from driving for 16 hours to try and find something in better condition.
