Convenient, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to restaurants etc.

Bit confused at first. We were coming in late at night. Booked on booking.com. Maybe I was tired but I didnt realize it was a rental suite. Probably did not need all the facilities like kitchen etc. Which would be lovely if staying more than one night. As it was we just needed one night. Had to move on to reach PEI on time.

This is our second time here and it was just as fabulous as the first time. Lovely one bedroom apartment with comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom with amenities, kitchen and sitting/TV room. Laundry facilities in bathroom, on site parking (fee per night), and hotel is nicely located in downtown Moncton. Dark and quiet so an excellent sleep YET you are downtown. Easy to use temperature controls + could open windows if desired. Even a private balcony though too cool + wet to sit outside when we were there. Highly recommend this property.

Very modern, super easy check in. Really nice kitchenette and shower. Nice coffee supplies and a clean coffee machine. Great value for what we got. Walkable to downtown. Virtual front desk are nice and super responsive.

Only one robe (we didn't need the second but I didn't see it) Laundry machine was broken No check out instructions that we could find, but we just put the key back in the lock box and it seemed to go fine The bed is next to two windows at the head. It is pretty bright even with the curtains drawn. The bed is a little bit smaller than we are used to.

Communication. Washing machine broken. Not set up for 2 people, cutlery, patio and bathroom. Health & Safety - no instructions about fire evacuation or how to get help if needed as there wasn’t a reception! Very overpriced and overrated.

A very comfortable place to stay in the heart of town. Units were just immaculate. Had to climb steps but not too bad even for a 70 year old.

- Location was great, close to restaurants, Via rail, Maritime buses and Sobeys. -Included laundry machine and a fully equipped kitchen with Netflix - Very clean, lots of clean towels and toiletries - had lots of storage space - Although there were no staff onsite, check-in/out was very simple and easy to do. Everything was online, very efficient

One of the kitchen light fixtures was not working and the washroom does not have an air exchanger so it gets very steamy after a shower. Would have been great if the couch was a futon/sofa bed. Although there was a wall unit AC, the coolness did not reach the bedroom. Would have been nice if there was at least a small fan to use

QUIET, Clean, spacious, well located modern apartment; outdoor private entrance; full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom; private balcony; on site parking (for a fee); windows that open.

No tea kettle or caffeinated coffee - easy to remedy by bringing our own next time; only one key where two would have been far more convenient

Really enjoyed all the facilities; a great deal for its price with a robust kitchen in the suite, waterfall shower and working laundry machine/dryer.

Unequipped kitchen, dirty dishes in cupboard, no dishcloths or teatowels, used roll of paper towel left for us, not enough coffee only 2 pods for 2 people for 2days??? Parking lot very muddy.

the shower was amazing, bed was very comfortable and the whole suite was absolutely beautiful, they give you everything you need for your stay

the washing machine was very complicated and hard to understand how to use it, my pants still werent dry after 2h so i probably did it wrong but they didnt leave clear instructions

In need of a rack to dry dishes and a bin dedicated to recycling with instructions on what to discard.

Some other tennents in this hotel have been being very loud, (screaming, playing very loud music, running in and out, stomping) for several hours and at time of writing this (130am) they are keeping me awake
