Underground parking was expensive for short stays.

Il y avait de la poussière sur le plancher de salle de bain dans les coins et une vieille chaussette en arrière la porte à été oubliée au ménage… ce n’était pas à nous !

This hotel is in a very good location, right by the Lachine Canal bike paths, and a reasonable walk into Old Montreal. The walk to the subway is not that far, and there is a bike share (Bixi) station right behind the hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and were patient with my kids' determination to practice their French. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the A/C was both effective and built in, so no noisy machine chugging away all night - I appreciated that!

Parking was a bit expensive, but cheaper than if we were not guests at the hotel.

Friendly Staff. Hospitality staff was also great. Great breakfast and dinner restaurants nearby.

Room is smaller than expected

Breakfast would help since on business travel, I would need it prior leaving for the day.
