Unclean. Front desk did not answerour call at 10 am. Mouse or squirrel dropping noticed on kitchen counters. Sofa bed uncomfortable and unclean

location of property with golf course, beautiful scenery and tracks right a the backyard of property ... house was clean with enough utensils in the kitchen.

no air conditioning in the property. in day time it was hot. on our request for extra fans ... two 6 inch miniature fans were provided ... furniture was old but clean enough. 10-15 min drive from Mont Tremblant ... no public / hotel transport avlb. ...

Very Spacious, quiet, great layout, nice patio with BBQ.

No AC, was very hot. Master bedroom blinds all bent, spent an hr straightening them so we could use. Many light bulbs out, I replaced 3 of them. Kitchen heater coming on, called maintenance and they disconnected. Very few condiments, had to buy everything, most other B&B's much better stocked.

I was told before arriving that rooms were ready but only one was and we had to return again to pick up keys for other condo, one fan not working and no air conditioning which was horrific, it’s 2022 and not to have air conditioning for your summer guests is ridiculous, having to drive around to find something to do before getting our keys was extremely irritating on such a hot day, for the price we paid I was expecting much better and would actually like some of my money back

Single beds were were not comfortable

You do have to understand that all of the activities in Mount Tremblant are in the village and that this location will require a drive any time you want to go anywhere. That said, if you are willing to drive and are looking for space for a family, this may be worth it. For us, with a 15 year old boy and 11 year old girl, the 3 bedrooms were worth the drive. The kitchen being well furnished also became important because we had trouble getting dinner reservations (in August) and needed to cook. The washer & dryer was another big advantage for us. Anne at the desk was very helpful.

It's ridiculous to use the first door code any random person would guess: I did not feel safe with that door code. There should also be more hooks or racks in the upstairs bathroom. Since the house is designed for longer stays and the upstairs is designed for 4 people, it would be appropriate to have room to hang 4 towels upstairs.

Location was great, close to everything. Lots of room for a multigenerational family and big space in the living room and dining table to sit together. Equipped with everything needed for a weekend stay.

Could have been a bit cleaner. It was a bit dusty, floors were not very well vacuumed. Basement does not have air conditioning (although it has ceiling fans and is much cooler than main floor and upstairs). It was still comfortable on the 29C day.

The location was great-very close to stores and restaurants and lovely views of the golf course and surrounding areas. Worthwhile to explore and walk around as it’s so peaceful. The staff is very responsive and courteous. Upon arrival we noticed that a DVD player was not included in the room (even though we were told one would be provided) and when we brought this to the front desk’s attention they were helpful in providing a quick solution.

For what we paid, the indoor amenities were extremely disappointing. The decor was quite outdated and there was a musky smell as if the place hadn’t been lived in in some time. The couches/chairs/beds were so uncomfortable. The pillows on the beds need to be replaced-they were unbearably lumpy. There were paint chips in the furniture and the blinds in the bathroom and master bedroom were clearly broken. The flat ware was also very old-the knives were dull and unusable. Not to mention almost every single plate was chipped. There were no pans or baking sheets which made cooking in the oven a fiasco. This is unacceptable for a supposed reputable establishment. Our group was celebrating a special milestone during our stay and was really counting on a completely relaxing time. Fortunately, the outdoors made the experience not totally regrettable.

Great spot - close to everything you need! Beds were ok, basic kitchen. Great to get a day pass for the park!

Booking told us 4pm check in, but when we went to check in, it wasn't until 5. Had to sit in the car for an hour as nothing was open and it was freezing cold out. Saw cleaning staff come out without a mask on.

The unit is very basic and I was expecting much more for the price. The sofa bed mattress should be replaced as it is very old and all of the bedding is very tired (except the master was nice). There were only 5 real chairs in a 6 person unit but we found a fold up chair in the closet. With a few upgrades this could be a very nice unit. As it is right now I would not return to it and can not recommend it.

Beautiful place

Beautiful location and excellent comfort

Hard to say.... exceeds my expectation.

The location is great, all the major attractions are near by. It is a quite peaceful place, just as you would like it to be on your vacation. I would recommend it to friends and family.

There were no fans at the property (it says fans available when booking), it was hot and impossible to sleep for the first 3 nights. After repeated calls, messages, visits to the main office we finally got the fans on the 4th night when the temperatures fell and the need for a fan was no longer there. This is an essential item and should have been part of our unit. The staff should have done a better job in arranging this for us and kept making promises that they are going to buy it or have it dropped, they talked to their director and the stories kept going.

Nothing . Do not rent this unit.

I wanted to let you know how unhappy we were with this unit. It needs maintaining. We sat in the patio chair and it ripped, all chairs are rotten through. There is no air conditioning, in this heat. The bell door is showing wires. None of the sliding closet doors open, they are all off the gliders, most of the screens are ripped badly, the carpet is filthy, the blinds are all broken. There was no paper towel, no laundry detergent, no coffee, no coffee filters, some of the towels were all yellow and wet. We left coffee filters and laundry detergent for the next guest. I will attach some pictures.

The bbq was in very good condition.

The bed was uncomfortable, the appliances were old, some partially worked (eg the stove had one element that didn't work) and the patio furniture was dirty and rusted. The property overcharged me. The amount they charged my credit card didn't match what I was quoted by booking.com. I had to call numerous times to booking.com to get a credit which took a lot of my time and effort.
