Very clean. Quiet the first morning. Parking was affordable.

Jacked up prices for the Taylor swift concert. Parking was too small and stressful. Housekeeping was really loud outside our door the second morning from 8am on. We could hear them outside our room. They actually had to move their cart just for me to get back in the room after grabbing breakfast. And when leaving the room the second morning at 9:45 they approached us asking if we were checking out, like we were a burden on their time, even though we paid for the room. It made us feel like we were late getting out of the room even though checkout was 11 am.

While the building is a bit worn the staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. It was clean. It is in a great location. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

There was a slight dog smell in the second floor hallway.

Dave was the best person in the hospitality industry I have ever met. I hope he is paid well. He remembers guests and checked in with us when he saw us. The beds were comfortable as well.

Breakfast could have had more choice but more personal choice.

The location is great near the Space Needle, the Spheres and restaurants. The breakfast has a variety of food and the room was clean. I liked this hotel.

I don’t know if it was because our room was in a corner but the WiFi wasn’t great. However, it was fast at the breakfast room.

Facilities very outdated. Paid a security deposit on arrival and told this would be returned the same day after checking out - have not yet received this and the hotel is not replying to messages regarding this.

The hotel staff were very cooperative and understanding with our request for a late check out, we were scheduled to catch Amtrak in the afternoon ,but due to extreme winter weather, our train was delayed 5 hours. The hotel management allowed us to check out late at no extra cost. It was definitely more enjoyable to wait in our room instead of the cold and crowded Seattle train station. Thank you very much La Quinta Hotel !

All staff members were helpful and extremely friendly. The room was clean and heat was on when we got to the room. (We were there over Christmas). The location is near public transportation and lots of shopping.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it wasn't bad by any means.

We booked this hotel specifically because of its location - we wanted to see the space needle during New Years Eve and the Fireworks. The hotel staff is amazing and we got a perfect room for that. This hotel also has a better parking rate compared to other ones in the area, but spots are indeed tight. Bedroom was a good size but that's about it.

For the price this hotel could be better. It's an older one, which is fine. But towels are not good at all, toilet paper is terrible, tissues are the same quality and so on. We were in a king suite and the pull on couch is just crying to be renewed. The breakfast room is small and not really inviting. The hotel is dark, maybe on purpose? It was really cold the first night as the hotel was emptier. The second night was a bit better, but then, breakfast room was complete chaos, and we realized the walls are very thin and you can absolutely hear anything and everything. It was a good stay mainly because the staff is really good, welcoming and we can tell they do their best.

Dave at the reception was very kind and helpful, he made our stay delightful from the beginning. Public bathrooms were very clean and the room was comfy. About 20 min walk to pike place.

The location is the only favourable thing about this hotel.

Old, dirty-looking, dark carpets and shades awfully dusty. Super noisy AC, super noisy WC that spontaneously starts running. Non-functioning Wi-fi, not even for a video call or a video.
