The location is very good and the rooms are well equipped

Super clean and comfortable, everything feels modern while still having a vintage vibe. Great location to walk to restaurants and City Dock.

I couldn’t figure out the tv. I’m didn’t call for help so that’s on me. The directions didn’t follow what was on screen or maybe I’m just electronically challenged. When I was leaving I couldn’t even get it to turn off. I’ve stayed before and had no problems, not sure why I couldn’t get it to work this time. I’m sure if I would’ve called someone would’ve helped.

Location, design, staff, valet parking, restaurant with nice food and great draft beer selection. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

My room was next to the conference room with a dedicated door leading to the conference. I could hear everything really well.

great location away from the waterfront but a 15 minute walk there. lots of good restaurants and bars on west street.

Thought the bar drinks were pricey. more in line with a big city tourist hotel.

Unprofessional reception staff. It was a late evening check-in and I mentioned a very early work apt. Reception forgot to mention that basic toiletry items such as shower cap and cotton swab were available only on request. Unacceptable for hotels in this category. Also: hotel website mentioned restaurant on site open until 12:00am. Inaccurate. The restaurant might be open until 12:00am but the kitchen closes at 10pm and the only thing you can do after that is get a drink.

Room was spacious and comfortable, interesting layout. Very quiet even though I was near the elevators.

The decoration of the room was a bit much. Multi-colored stripes on all 4 walls, plaid headboard, artwork everywhere. I was apparently put in an “accessible” room but dresser and bedside tables were not very user friendly. The drawer pulls were recessed and difficult to use and I have no issues with my hands. Definitely more decorative than useful. I didn’t park my car there as they charge $28 per night. Free weekend garage nearby as long as you’re out by 6am on Monday. Wish the hotel was closer to City Dock where the festival was held.

I've stayed at the Graduate brand many times across the country. This is my second time here in Annapolis. The location is perfect. Walk to DTA but away from the madness

Our room only had decaf coffee. (I know it's petty but it is amazing how often it happens in my travels)

The hotel is a lovely chain and it's always a joy to see what you've done to make each one special to their brand. The staff is always welcoming, your bar is inviting and fun game room to boot!

A more formal breakfast would be a great option.
