It's clear they are working to improve everything. The beds were comfortable, everything was very nice.

The room was so small for 2 queen size beds… only one chair to sit on, no table to sit and have coffee or something to eat, I wiped up my dogs sloppy water and the floors were filthy…. the room was freezing cold and took a long time to warm up, the floors were like stepping on ice… overall not an enjoyable experience… and all the extra charges were wrong, the reservation was for 3 people and a dog, was quoted $107.00 plus taxes, they tacked on $10 for the 3 rd person, $30 for the dog!!! pretty expensive and ridiculous charges… won’t stay there again…. money grab!!!! We are seniors… feel we were taken advantage of!!!

The pool wasn’t within the property premises

the walk was 5 min to the beach and close by to a pub and a coffee shop. the staff were good. the pool was nice enough.

we stayed in the suites which were across from the places backing on to the pool so consider this when booking. you have to walk all the way around the back of the building, it just wasn’t what I was expecting based off of photos. the property was not as nice as it appears, the room looked larger in the photos, the grounds are not as well taken care of as it looks. our room had AC but it wasn’t turned on for us and took a full 24 hours to cook down which wasn’t ideal on a +35 day. overall not bad but not as nice as I was expecting and for the cost.

Great location, clean and just what we needed. The AC was turned on, so when we arrived the room was a perfect temperature - being it so warm! We would definitely stay again.

they accommodated our dog and the cleanliness and the upkeep of the courtyard was great.

our door could not shut properly. also I would have fathered the dog fee be built into the main booking fee. adding the dog fee after seemed a bit weird.

nice hotel but they were not prepared for my stay at the front desk, so it took longer to sign in as the fellow didn’t know what to do room good but no handle on the fridge and online said jacuzzi spa tub, but it was just a standard tub, disappointing as we booked for the tub but overall good place, good rates

I came late, no one was at the office, no notes , nothing....had to spend a night in my vehicle. Never was that disappointed.

When booking, pets were not included on the booking sheet.

There was no breakfast provided. The room was large and soundproof. Air conditioning was excellent. We requested clean bedding for the pullout and it was delivered that evening with more towels. Thank you.

The bedding was sub par with a strange felt/poly blanket. Our friends were in a room in the courtyard where we were told dogs were not allowed. Between our group, we had 3 well behaved dogs. Our room was at the far end of the complex just feet away from the noisy busy highway, which sadly, made the lovely patio garden unusable. We booked several weeks in advance and our friends booked a couple days ahead and paid far less than we did, I imagine the recent covid restrictions and poor air conditions with the fires and covid outbreaks caused cancellations.

The courtyard is nice with picnic and patio tables. 2 big Weber bbqs for guests to share. The rooms have all you need with comfy beds

Room needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. AC filter needs to be changed as it blew dust and dirt onto the bed
